Our coaches understand the journey for players through football is not simple. Success for each individual will have a different look and feel, our mindset is therefore on helping them
We are of the belief that player centricity is invaluable when coaching players of all ages. We focus on getting to know them and connect in order to meet their needs
Our coaches take risks and challenge the status quo, at EKRR we are always looking to find new ways for the players to challenge themselves and to take risks of their own
Our coaches will always seek player feedback, aim to build relationships with players and parents alike to ensure the safety and well-being of everyone involved with the club

Our coaches know that every player is different, one size does not fit all. Our coaches have experiences of working across varying age groups to allow for the working in differing environments
A good coach sees in you what you cannot see in yourself and if we are to be successful, we need every member of the squad to act as one team
